Heart Pumping Activities in New Zealand
I’m not exactly an adrenaline junkie – yet?- but I’m definitely looking for heart pumping activities when I travel. I’ve already tried paragliding and right now I’m looking into parachuting. Yes, I’m that kind of a traveler!
So it shouldn’t come as a surprise for you when I start talking about participating in extreme travel activities during your vacation.
Paragliding, surfing, climbing on glaciers, parachuting, or white water rafting…can be explored in many parts of the world, but zorbing is something is something that was invented in New Zealand and should be tried while visiting the country.
What is zorbing about? Rolling down a hill in an orb… sounds like fun? Well, it is. That’s if you want to know how your clothes feel when they are in the washing machine. It can also be practiced on leveled surfaces and that’s when you can actually have control. And guess what? There are Guinness Book records set for this…extreme sport.
So when you start looking for airfare to New Zealand , you might also want to check out the places where you can practice the sport. Don’t forget to book one of the New Zealand hotels as well.
If you are the kind of traveler who never leaves home without travel insurance, then you should check whether this sport is included; otherwise, get a special insurance for such activities (just in case).
